Open Art Competition 2024
Winner of the award sponsored by the Painter's Company Charities

Artist : Eric C Watson - "The Warrior of the Ice"

I was shortlisted from around 580 entrants to participate in the Broadway Arts festival competition held in Evesham.  Utilising both pastels and pencils this image took around 160hrs to complete and was sold on the day .

Judges comments  -  Technically  brilliant drawing . Loved the touch of colour in the eyes

I will be participating in Worcester Open studios conducting a workshop on 6th April at my studio in Stoke Prior. 
The image will be created using white pencil on black card or canson velvet  paper.
